Manas Nahak is a successful trainer & Facilitator who has moved to Odisha after gaining experience working in various companies out side of the state and training in Life Skills, Employability and Behavioral Skills in Odisha In his work experience, he has impacted the lives of about 15,000 people by imparting Employability & Life Skills and Behavioral Skills to them. He has designed and implemented Outcome Based Learning sessions for varied participants ranging from students pursuing ITI, Diploma, Btech, BBA,BCA,MBA,MCA, almost all classes. He is a dynamic individual with experience in training industry and academia. He has a unique capability to customize and contextualize the training programme in his mother tongue Odia while maintaining global standards. He has applied his 12 years of experience in his training through practical based education .He says there is no shortage of skills in Odisha. There is a lack of inspiration and the right opportunity If it is found, young men and women in Odisha do not have to go abroad for jobs.

Mainly
my training expertise is Life Skills, Jobs and Behavioral Skills now focusing
on Entrepreneurship development Training
as well.

is the need for a job today?
You must be smart. One should present his or her knowledge properly .Proper use of your self-confidence and Positive attitude will bring success. We need to try to put ourselves ahead of the changing situation. In the current situation, we shouldn’t say there is no job, we need to be able to match the job we have in the market.
§ What to prepare for this ?
Yes, proper
preparation helps a lot you have to improve
your communication skills . you have to change your daily habits I mean you have
to bring good habits into your lives or lifestyles without wasting time you
should keep your mind and body active all the time. Whatever you want to do you
must focus on that.
§ What should be the first
priority , Degree certificate or skills ?
Together they will
create more opportunities for you. It depends on the situation. You should be
prepared for both.
§ Is there a shortage of jobs in
our state ,why are people moving out of the state?
People go out
according to their priorities, but you also see that people from other states come
to our state to get a job. People still
have the opportunity here. There is also a
chance that we can work in our area if
we can upgrade ourself as per the demand.
§ How can you say that now that
you have gone and worked outside the state yourself?
In my time there was
less opportunity and lack of enthusiasm and that’s what I have learnt, even I
am learning now and trying my best so that others can learn faster.
§ Jobs or business, what can one
do to become self-reliant?
To be self-sufficient
one has to work hard and learn to strengthen one's goals. There
are very good scopes in jobs and business. One can
even do some business of one’s own without a job and one can also become a successful entrepreneur. Whatever
you decide to do, you have to take action it should not be only in plan. U must
keep on trying . there may be mistake,
but moving backwards or dropping will not succeed,.
§ What are your plans for the
future?
There is no shortage
of talent here. Opportunity is needed
here It should be created if the opportunity is not found. Every
Oriya student should develop their job skills and those who want to become
successful entrepreneurs in the power of their business skills should be encouraged . I will try
to reach more and more such talents in the future and help them achieve their
goals through training.
